2.3. The calculation of carbon footprint

An important tool for managing a company is planning and monitoring different aspects of its operations. Like financial performance, activities related to sustainability, natural resource use and pollutant emissions can be planned and measured. In this module, we will learn about the basics of impact measurement in general, frameworks for measuring environmental impact, carbon footprint calculation and the main forms of environmental reporting for presenting measured data.
